Team driver needed for Cummins dedicated

I run a lease truck and I'm in need of a team driver. We run hard and a lot of miles so we can take nice sets of time off. We run Cummins and knight freight.
1099 position. Your pay range on any given week is between $1800 and $3800 on average. It really just depends on how well we fuel, do resets, time off and how hard we run. Driver must be able to drive the miles. 5000-8000 miles weekly pretty consistently. You're payed a percentage of the trucks net. Usually start at 40% as soon as youre proven a month we go to 45%
There is also a possibility of running mixed solo/ team in the not so distant future as I plan to move the truck to a different company. That will mean increased pay ect...
