    I watched this for about an hour today.

    Lifting traffic lights and the two parts of the trailer actually straddle both sides of the road once making the turn.

    Anybody know what it is?

    I think its a crane they use to set the big long span bridge beams with. It sits low profile between the spans pillars and pulls the beams straight up to set them in.
