Not just schools, I do not KNOW this but I have heard many companys require you to dbl clutch.... Not this ol boy. start and stop. will occasionally bump the clutch with my S-10 if I need a quick downshift when climbing steep.

I'll stick to floating. Save's on the knee and #### what any company say's about it. I like my straight 10. 13's aren't bad either but one of the old school 18 speed two stick truck's you had better bring your "A" game. You miss a gear in one of those then you have to pull over, stop and start all over again.

  8. Here in the UK I drove a 1980s DAF 21 with a 6 speed box & a 2 speed axal by Eaton just like the super 10 but 12. Gears make nonever mind on fuel just high gear & low revs better fuel.

    Baack Thanks this.

That's not true it's a lot of varibles that determines fuel milelige

I have super 10 in my pete, longest you change gears at 1300-1400 rpm in lower gears(1-6) it is the best thing next to automatic.and I love it .I average 6 mil/gal with cruise on .If you need to change gears in hurry all you have to do is, as you shifting with button hit the clutch in quickly and you will not loose momentum.
