Bingo!
You prove my point. LS doesn't have nearly enough freight for the amount of drivers they have. They don't want you, even with 20 years experience. I moved to a company that pays over 20% more linehaul (88%). And the broker sends ME the RC, so I know exactly the real linehaul is.
Landstar.

Did you ask them what the hold up was?
When I applied they said 4-6 weeks. I called them at 3 weeks. Still gathering stuff. A week later I call again, same answer. I ask what they are still looking for. Your current employer hasnt gotten back to us on if you have a year experience in ice and snow (I live in Minneapolis for Gods sake!). I gave them USF Hollands number here in Mpls, told them to ask for dispatch. I said doesnt matter who you talk to there, they were all my supervisor at 1 time or another. Half hour later they call "welcome to Landstar".Just passing by, Bumper and Cat sdp Thank this. -
