@TripleSix any recommendations for heavy bag drills to help build speed and stamina? I've gained back a lot of what I lost in the 3 years since I last attended a class but still feel like there's a lot of room to improve.

 

Wydot sort of has their own schedule. They usually shut down and open the road in a rolling method. Road conditions, plow work and iced roads are the biggest factors.

 

The three and four punch combos are really tough on the lungs. The constant head movement and foot movement as your default settings will give you a major edge. Iron Mike used to throw this 4 punch that was a left hook to the body, left to the head, right to the body and right uppercut. All with speed and power. Really tough to do.

 

I had to think a minute after reading your post then it came to me, Farm to Fleet or something like that…? I remember now a big uproar some years ago about them it seems….

 

Definitely going to try those out.

 

Made it to Bismarck. Snowing pretty good now. Lighted sign saying travel west not recommended.

 

Been a rough time out west. More snow still coming.
