Your welcome it might different where you are There are Terminal Managers that will have to deal with but start somewhere that will train you good from the start i am also looking for good company to work for

While it might sound sweet on paper, it might be sour in real life.
But with Swift you do always have the option of going OTR or regional, dry or wet or flat, if the intermodal doesn't work out for you. -
It also depends on how far you are from the terminal. Don't want to spend half the day driving to and from work. But....if it's halfway close and being a newbie that does not want to go OTR and still needs training, go for it. Heck, Swift wouldn't even hire me 30+ years ago. It's a different experience than OTR but you will still learn so much. Stick it out awhile and if it's not for you move on.
