For sure, I wouldn’t have bought where he did. There are 49 other states and 194 other countries he could’ve chosen.

 

Be broke in less than 5 years. The taxes and upkeep will burn $$$. I would have found a good accountant and tax attorney and lived off the interest. Leave the principle alone. Not a person that has to prove to anyone
What I have live simple and enjoy life. Big house like that would be a burden, I am sure.

Can't take it with you... better to spend it. I've been beaten down pretty much my whole life. Made me the stand up man that i am. I would appreciate having all that money. But leaving it for generations after me wouldn't be good. Being born into money cant be a good thing

I would also be spending a little but a mansion isn't on my list especially one like that. Its design just doesn't have any appeal to me

 

I'd buy up a couple county's in the most deserted area of North Dakota, preferably with a decommissioned missile silo or 2 .
