I had a second trolley brake that modulated tractor brakes while winching with a power tower and needed both clutch and throttle to control the winch. It was very handy for respooling the 1 inch cable.as well as dragging dead units onto the wagon.

 

I forgot the brake saver

 

The one I seen, was worse than hobo freight quality.

IR, and CP are the only ones. Far better than tool truck impacts. My opinion is snapon impacts are trash. Mac used to be IR guns anyhow.
