Hey all,
i recently obtained cdl and I have a horrible mvr. 3 speeding tickets (2 over 20 under 30) and 2 accidents (one not at fault and one that will be 3yrs old next month). What are my options here? Every company has turned me down. Any companies that hire w bad records?
Disgusting mvr

Alot of companies look for 3 year clean MVR, but you might find a "second chance" company that will take you. Be prepared to deal with some sketchiness until all your history incidents are aged past 3 years. Post your location, theres a few on here that will post some links to companies that you might see if they are interested. Also, which endorsements/restrictions do you have?

You're going to have a rough road ahead. Be prepared for a lot of unpleasantness and low pay until a good company will take a chance on you again.

Dagum!
Options….
The only thing that I can think of is a driver’s helper at a beverage company or a food service gig. At least for a couple years. And if you don’t already have your CDL, that might be the way you could get it.
And while you have the time, improve your driving default setting IF…
…IF you have the goal of being a driver. Six back quiet.Albertaflatbed, Crude Truckin' and Cattleman84 Thank this. -

Maybe someone will hire a yard dog with a sketchy past? Might not need to meet many insurance requirements. Lots of backing practice that way too.

How old are the over 20 speeding tickets?

@TripleSix posted one good one and that's a driver helper with a beverage company.

Also, a couple drivers on here have worse MVR than you and found decent jobs on Craigslist and Facebook.
Both those have trucker pages with companies looking for drivers. These are 1099 companies or 1099 job offers.
You'll have to make dozens of phone calls and leave dozens of phone messages. One driver with 12 fender benders in his car found a good job on one of those sites working for an owner-operator hauling produce from California back to the East Coast. They ran as a team.Albertaflatbed and TripleSix Thank this. -
When I went to food service, the company had helpers on the big big stops, and the overnight stops. One of the guys had his driving privileges suspended for child support.
My youngest sister got a job at FedEx loading planes. They had a driving job open up and I told her to apply for it. Had her check the CDL class at the community college…$1200. I gave her the $1200 and she applied for the job. FedEx gave her the job, gave me my $1200 back, covered all the schooling, and gave her a $3000 sign on bonus. She’s been with them for 10 years now.
Apparently, when a company has its own freight, they can bend the rules a bit. They might not be able to outright hire you off the street as a driver, but you can get your foot in the door by other means.LtlAnonymous, bryan21384, jamespmack and 2 others Thank this. -
