The is a company store coal mine and share cropping stuff. If you don't report them to the US Dept of Labor and MO Dept of Labor your a fool. If you signed anything agreeing to it the document can be broken.

In trucking using the fines to force you to deliver illegal loads and drive beyond the hours of service is illegal as hell. I been there hauling meat out of Hormel and the company you are driving for decides you got to drive 15 hrs straight to deliver the load or pay a $150 fine. I was a whistleblower, not allowed on any Hormel site and got them and the company I drove for some big fines. I also got every dollar back that was fined.
