Chick Fila Supply

I didn't even know Chick-fil-A had started doing their own distribution. I think it was always outsourced to McLane in the past. Probably not going to find much since it's a relatively new operation, and things will change as they grow.

One thing I did notice in a job listing under responsibilities, is this line: Unload and put away product at Restaurants. To me, that implies the driver will be stocking the shelves in the coolers and stockroom, not just leaving stacks of product on the ground like a typical foodservice delivery. That would be something you could ask about in the phone interview.

 

I've seen only one dc for em. Was a really nice DC. It looks like something new they are starting.

 

Dang when did this happen? I suppose they want more control over their supply chain. They had a loong relationship with McLane (going back to MBM foodservice before the buyout), then QCD got some of their territory about a decade ago.. Either way it might be a good opportunity but there might be growing pains along the way , I wish I knew more about the pay and benefits myself

 

I know Martin Brower delivers to stores in some areas, I don't know if they are nationwide.

Guess I’ll have to ask my brother if I think about it, he owns 3 of them stores….

 

Quality custom distribution “QCD” does the delivers out here in Virginia as well to Starbucks.
