What was the name of the tow company that showed up?
Another Canadian driver Thanks this. -
Sounds fishy that the police would give you a phone number to call. You either make your own arrangements or they would call a company off their rotation list.Dflip, Another Canadian driver and REO6205 Thank this.

There's a lot more information that we need in order to answer your question.
Were you driving the truck?
Did you make the phone call?
Name of towing company?
Was your truck driveable?
Number of tow trucks dispatched and time involved?
Have you tried calling that phone number again to dispute the charges?Another Canadian driver Thanks this. -
Especially in the Woodland area. There are several heavy tow outfits in that immediate area and it's my undestanding the CHP calls work on a rotatational basis.Another Canadian driver Thanks this.
