379 hvac issues

    I’ve got a 2006.5 379 that I’m having issues with the hvac blower. The fan setting “3” doesn’t hardly blow at all, and now the other settings are intermittent. The rear blower started making the loudest grinding sound I’ve ever heard a few months ago so I haven’t used it. I did notice that if I flip the rear a/c switch, I can get the cab blower to start blowing. I was just going to replace[GALLERY=][/GALLERY] the blower but figured I needed some other opinions. Maybe the control panel? I’m going to try to attach a video. But here’s the link

    Blower motor worn out .
    Cage and motor shaft out of round.
    Replace both blowers and cages before looking at control panel $$$$$
