I prefer principles over morals. Morals can be corrupted. Why say Fake? You’re downright arrogant. Is this an internet persona, ( fake ) or are you always so abrasive. I doubt I’d waste much time speaking to you in person if so. Based on that principle. My exchanges with you are finished. You’re a waste of time.

It’s tough out there in housing. It will most likely correct itself soon. People are already getting pushed out if the Market. There’s going to be some pain involved. Glad it’s not mine.

For example, I used to frequent Warren Dunes State Park beach close to Sawyer, MI. Further north there's a nice Waco beach in Bridge men, MI.
Unfortunately, those became too popular in the last 10 years or so. I don't recommend them to visit during weekend at Summer time because it looks like half of Chicago population crowds it badly but during weekdays they're splendid. You will find nice places further north in St Joseph and South Holland.
