What are your thoughts on a comparison of the 2? If you could only keep 1 which would it be?

Power wise they are both identical.
The encoder on the Anytone can be baked in an oven and still functions, unlike the encoder on the stryker 955, which quits working after sitting in the hot sun inside a hot truck with the doors locked and the windows rolled up.
The only advantage to the stryker is the better heat dissipation on the back of the radio.

Fleebay, $258.59 shipped. Soon as I received it, I hooked it on my mobile to try it out with a Wilson magnet mount, and was talking to Oklahoma on Skip from California. :D

YouTube has several video’s on comparing both radios. The Anytone AT6666 is not to user friendly until you get use to it but it has so many many extra features that other radios don’t. I’ve been playing with mine in my 4 wheeler at home and learning all that it can do, also programming it(setting up for my taste). YouTube has lots of clips on how to set up, basically using all the features.

I simply velcro it to the dash.

OMG that's like asking me which of my kids I'd keep lol. I guess the 6666 because of the portability. Our company vehicles are often parked in unsecured places so I take it with me. That's a tough question though

***edit I did indeed have the 655 encoder issue mentioned in this thread. Stryker sent me the improved part but I'm so freakishly busy here I am many months later and the part is still on my bench. I hope the current models have the upgrade already installed.

I’ve seen on a YouTube clip where an individual uses Velcro on the top of the console(dash) and uses the bracket mount on top and mounts an external speaker. Makes its portable for easy removal.

That's cheaper than the Stryker radio with a better power cable right out of the box for no additional cost.

How does the President Lincoln 2+ compare to the Anytone?
