I laugh every time I see that. Mostly because I have needed every single one of those bolts at one point or another, other than the countersink on wrong side.... at least not yet.
-
We all know that corrugated for vice grip is the most common specialty bolt we see.

Camera little out of focus, but that bacon was spot on!!! Best I've had on the road. Reminded me of how grandma made it in the frying pan..

Took yesterday off and went on a nice hike. Back at it today. Unloaded all my parts. Fixing to crawl under and start pulling my trans. I was going to buy the cutting tool and just shim my liners, but decided to check with my local dealer on salvage sleeves. Gonna go with salvage sleeves. Longer lasting for certain.
They'll be out tomorrow to do that. I'd like to be back to work next Monday, but this beautiful Arkansas weather makes my mind wander to gobblin turkeys and catchin crappie.
Must stay focused. -

Instead of just machining the counterbore, they machine a whole area for the salvage sleeve to sit, includung a counterbore surface. I'll try to find a pic.
But they do not sit above the deck.
