The trucking industry wants you...to replace the more experienced driver at half the pay.

...to live in the truck for less than minimum wage.

...to be dumb enough to lease a truck from a bottom feeder outfit.

...to drive for 4 or 5 months for training pay, and then get fired.

    ...to work for free.

I could go on, but I'll leave some for the rest of you.

Well here is one more thought.
    "DRIVERS WANTED"
    No exp required will train.
    30,000 a year to start.
See the country and get paid
    to do so.
    Call 1-800 Swift,Wener,CR England ect.
and if your unemployed you go to the front of the
line so we can collect our $1000 tax credit.

    dannyb1212000 and jtrnr1951 Thank this.

Ya they are probably getting ready to hire newbies at min wage to replace all the drivers who fail the new CSA-2010 BS
then trucker accidents will surely increase because of all the new idiot and inexperienced drivers they put on the road as replacements... I would rather see experienced drivers out there with a few safety violations than tons of newbies..wouldn't you?
I see Schneider had 34 fatalities on there DOT safety rating..ehehe
I read once they were number 1 company to work for...???
    read about CSA2010 here
