We have a 2018 Freightliner, that has been throwing EGR codes. We replaced the entire thing and was running great. The EGR code is now back with an Air Flow Code. Hoping to pick someone brain if they have further knowledge of what it can be.

There should be an EGR pressure sensor on the venturi pipe. It should be right before where the EGR gases mix with the fresh air and it goes back into the intake manifold. If you remove that sensor, there should be two ports where the difference in air flow gets measured from the EGR valve. The ports can get blocked up with soot, which you can clean up with a pipe cleaner or a small stranded wire attached to a drill if it's really bad. I would remove the whole pipe to clean it instead of just shoving the particles back in.
