    My guess is the offending four wheeler thought everyone stopped for no good reason and elected to bypass all who stopped.

    Only very important people do this.

    In my and our experiences with the actions of entitled drivers on an everyday basis I am also willing to bet that after the four wheeler backed up and went in behind the truck it tried to pass on the right. Video stopped so who knows.
