That’s a good looking truck! I was on my way back from Boston in one of those when my daughter was born in 1988. It was a 77 model but had the later model hood like that. KT 450 cranked up / 13 speed on tall 24.5 with chrome 2 hole budds in the rear. It would sure talk with them 6” straights. Came through a big storm and it was dirty as hell in this pic….

 

Cassette. It was either The Boss' Born in the USA or Bachman-Turner Overdrive: LIVE! LIVE! LIVE!

 

8 track must have been pretty short lived. I got one in a box of stuff once at a flea market in the late 80's and thought it was some fancy new thing.

78's Vinyl. Thick as heck. Grandma's had a felt turntable pad, and you had to wind up the old girl to hear the sounds. Then came the electronic revolution.

 

First CD I ever owned. 2000s were a great time.

 

I've got to see if I can find that picture my parents took of me in my diaper in front of the combination TV/Record Player/Radio.
Apparently a month later, I had taken it apart and they were wondering how I hadn't electrocuted myself. I have a really good Guardian Angel.
