2009 dt466 maxxforce fuel pressure problems

i have 2009 international 4400 with the dt466 it will not start it turns over fine checked fuel pressure it will read up to 50psi when pushing in the fuel primer button but as soon the pressure goes up it goes rite back to 0psi can turn over the truck and the fuel pressure will go up to 80 psi then rite back to 0 psi i put a new low pressure pump thats mounts on the hpop pump this truck does not have the electric fuel pump i dont know what else to do any help will be thankful

 

fuel, pressure when starting is 0 psi after cranking for a few seconds it slowly goes up to around 50 psi and it will barley start and just barley run for a few seconds and then die and if i keep pumping on the primer pump while i get someone else to turn it over it will jump up to close to 80 psi and then drop rite back down to 0 psi
