I'll say Thank You for the suggestion up front.
There's the inflated part deep down inside. I prefer DEFLATED before tube exits. There are some folks that like Pain, not saying you or anyone you know be of such following or philosophy or other, but some people, I've read about, go to a Dentist and tell him or her NO pain reduction.
I have some supreme Health Insurance and I'll settle for those Medically Qualified People that install and remove as I want to keep my Urethra as well what remains of my Mental/Emotional stability as intact as possible.

Internal Pain(s) is one thing that stops many People.
Exterior Pain(s), depending upon locality to organs, well, I've travelled long way with some outside generated pains when I was a clumsy Rock Hound/Climber.
