It felt like a slow death to be honest. I had all the parts, and still spent 13k$. Just insane. Then my hyperfocus kicks on on a certain task thst involves a 1/4" bolt and 2 insulated clamps, and all hell breaks loose.
Pull something off, and "well, while I'm here".
I do love this 18 spd though. Yeah, not a huge usefulness, but being able to start out at "just the right spot". May not be as useful as i'm thinking, but still diggin it.
You guys know I only went 18 so my splitter matches my interior. Right?
JK, I've passed broke, and close to broken. But guarandamnteed my rebuilt b'adazz jakes will sound off every d'amned time I split the first few sets.
May even swing through a Loves and do it, just for show

That's as solid of a reason as anything lol. I don't regret my 13 to 18 swap. Don't use low range splits very often, but the times where I've actually been really glad to have it makes it worth it.jamespmack, Brettj3876, CAXPT and 8 others Thank this.

Its everywhere really, northeast, out in the desert, etc. The states just keep doing the "bandaid paving" instead of doing full depth reconstruction. Instead of ripping it all up and recompacting the base and starting new they just do the milling and thin overlays which leave the same spots to blow up in a couple years.jamespmack, singlescrewshaker, cke and 4 others Thank this.

You heard her right my friend!!
She was definitely ask'n for me.
Right size hood, right size bunk, perfect color combo, hell even the 5th wheel already looks far enough back to hook on to my baby 8 foot upper deck without the tail frame get'n into the transition!!
Ditch the tank fairings, move the stack to the doors & I'm roll'n..

I realized that today that my wood strips do in fact sit just a little bit higher than the aluminum on my deck so it makes sense why I didn't see any marks on the aluminum.D.Tibbitt, jamespmack, Big Road Skateboard and 7 others Thank this.
