The Ultimate Truck Stop

Not a problem. I understand where you are coming from. I don't want someone to waste my time with questions that aren't serious. There is just too much else going on.

Been to Augusta a few times. Nice town.

Just I have looked at a lot of web sites for truck stops and been to a few. It just seemed that there are a lot of things that could be better.

You know I did not realize that was a problem until I got on this forum. Then I found that four wheelers and RV's give you guys a lot of problems.

Got to find a way to keep them separate.

Would lottery cause any problems?

As far as an ATM with no fees. If we buy the atm and service it we can stop the fees on the one side but not the fees from the user's bank. Some banks charge fees for using atm's that don't belong to them

 

This started as a convenience store that was going to be kinda casino like with lots of lottery options. Then the development board loved the numbers and asked if it could be a truck stop. It could but we had to make it bigger. Got to buy bigger tanks and think of a lot of other things.

Want to make canopy as large as possible to keep people out of the rain. Problem is a canopy is $20 a square foot. That runs into some serious money fast. That is for a roof with poles.
