TCW -- no prev exp req'd -- home daily -- Nashville
Read further down in the ad....you'll see where they have a new driver pgm.
You must be at least 21 years old, however.

XPO -- home daily -- Nashville -- has their own CDL school for new drivers

Again -- you have to be at least 21 years old.
Some footnotes for you:
- Avoid any job or account that requires you to service any of the so-called "dollar" stores: Dollar General, Family Dollar, etc. Those jobs are murder for a new CDL holder; leave those gigs to the drivers with A LOT more experience.
- Avoid jobs that are tanker hazmat duty until you get some real experience under your belt. Those jobs are just too risky to do for a beginner.

Look to see names on doors of daycabs going in the Saturan auto plant. It will be CWS MTS or even someone else. You start seeing who is sending multiple day cabs in and that would be back and forth to manufacturing plant to assembly

This one's a RARE FIND -- learn flatbed......from one of the best "starter" fleets in the business -- and HOME DAILY:
Maverick Transportation -- home daily -- CDL A hiring event -- April 22 -- Columbia, TN

This one is food service...be careful here...you need to be in good physical condition for this one, or it will kick your butt--still, it's home daily:
McLane -- home daily -- takes new CDL holders
-- Lual -
Here's another local, home-daily food service gig, with no previous CDL experience req'd:
Gordon Food Service -- La Vergne, TN -- home daily
NOTE: With this one--you might get a 4-day work week....

Check on Nashville Craigslist. There are a few home daily and regional jobs in Spring Hill and TONS in Nashville, although a daily commute from SH to Nashville is likely to be just too much trouble. There are several jobs on Nashville Craigslist in Murfreesboro, Smyrna, La Vergne which would be a shorter daily commute. I think Maverick has a dedicated flatbed opening in Lawrenceberg. There are some yard truck/switcher jobs in the area. You would have a steady schedule, be home daily but they don't pay much more than $1k per week. There are some decent jobs, I just don't remember what they are. I'm in the area.

Great call @Dennixx Averitt is a great company ( i worked for them for 18 years). Averitt has a home daily flatbed job based someone in the Spring Hill, Lawrenceburg area. If you can't find an Averitt job near Spring Hill their main terminal is South of Nashville near Briley Parkway exit off I-24. IMO, commuting to Nashville proper would bee too much if te OP was looking for home daily.Dennixx Thanks this.
