Yeah, wife packed me some avacodos, and I had some onions. So made some. Ended up just dicing the tomatoes and put in there with salt and crushed red pepper

You could get a real plastic cutting board at Wally-World for cheap.

No worries. My Clorox wipes clean my old plastic as well as they'd clean new plastic. I actually have a cutting board in here, but i like the clipboard better.
