Beautiful evening here in Missoula. Loaded some mini ex's in Bismarck, dropped three in Billings, and only had to bring one over the mountains to Missoula.

Different story tomorrow. Drop down into Salmon, ID, and load 48k for Bellingham. Good workout for the overhaul.

 

Ya . Well have to adjust my frame ramps because they are a bit rough when connecting. And A/c is leaking Freon. Its bit rough running around Phoenix at 100 degrees today with no A/c. But we can atleast make some money locally while I wait on parts.

 

Roll up your sleeves when their is dead time and take things one at a time. The benefit of owning your own truck, is saving costs by doing it yourself. I did it as a company driver, because I take care of my truck like I owned it, but I wasn't allowed to do the things I wanted to makes things better, so there is that restriction an O/O doesn't have to deal with.

 

We call that self-flagellation.


We do it to stop feeling sorry for ourselves and get on with getting on.

 

I liked the long runs because I have Fibromyalgia, and after working my butt off securing and tarping, I need a couple days driving to recover. Don't mind working, just hate hurting.

 

How many with your situation would just be sitting at home collecting disability? Thats just maddening.
