Heard on the radio that Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and a couple of other states are doing it drugged up driver blitz this week.
I remember when Oklahoma and Missouri would put signs on the freeway saying "Drug check 2 miles ahead. Dogs in use. All vehicles must stop". Then there would be a off ramp less than a mile away. People drinking or drugging would take the off ramp and the cops would be waiting at the end of the ramp. Busted several that way.
There was no check on the freeway.
