12 years is one hell of a run man. It's good to see positives about a company, especially one the size of Schneider for a change. Best of luck spotting.

    Best of luck to you.

Watch the door tie backs - number 1 accident from the yard jockeys on the dedicated I "helped out on". Number 2 was hitting the passenger mirror on things.

INSANE REVIEWS, Nationwide, especially at one of their HQ's in Georgia.

    GOOD LUCK with LAZY SPOT.
They have a NATIONALLY KNOWN BAD HISTORY at NUMEROUS National Locations for:
    CRAPPY/Junky Garbage Equipment,
    Failure to repair equipment,
changing personnel shifts to suit their needs regardless of your needs,
    General Apathy towards Drivers,
Then there's the Pay and the REQUIRED hours on Clock and likely not the Shift You Agreed to do.

The 2 guys had an interesting beginning what with a truck breaking down and spraying them with Fluids but they kept agettin' it and their enterprise bloomed.
    Positive/Negative actions depending upon LOCATION.
You may NOT have any problems and that would be weird.

I lasted 3 DAYS because of the PURE garbage equipment (on the 4th morning the regional mismanager wanted to give us Company Shirts and Hats and expected us to change into them that day and told us "we'll repair the equipment when we feel the need", so I walked.)
The best part was the Road Tractor to shuttle Trailers.
The WORST part were the switch trucks' electrical problems, unsecured air lines, out of adjustment brakes, as well, then, bad tires and wheels, and NO AC/Heat.

GOOD LUCK and Keep Us Updated!!
    CHEERS!!

To be fair, I almost never see a yard truck that doesn't look beat to hell.
