Oh yeah no for sure we are in a bad spot this time around. Everyone dropping the dollar, federalized online bank system, we screwed for years to come. I just heard mortgages will be more expensive if your credit score is over 680 so that extra money can go to lower credit score people trying to get a house. I’m penalized for paying my bills.

Really though I agree with you. There’s not much you can actually do but business as normal. I’m basically just sweeping my driveway during a hurricane every day.

I spent most of my life in that area, I was sooooo happy to get out of those gawdawful fir trees!
My place now has 3 big pines 1,000' feet away from the house.

 

You get claustrophobic in the thick timber. Can't see anything but trees. I didn't realize it growing up in Northern Idaho, but after moving to Nevada and then Southern Idaho, my wife an I felt really closed in when we would return to the north to visit.

Yea, three years ago a friend called me and asked for some help. Dad and I brought a couple trucks down since he had a place down here. It's been busy enough that we stayed and basically shut down the Wy operation. Now we are on this irrigation canal project that looks like it is going to be long term. Glad you got going and out from under DSV. Do you like it better??
