We are on TVA (water power juice from the TN River dams) and back in 2014 my bill for 4 br, 2000 sq ft was level average at about 80.00 a month.
They take a year, average the hi (summer AC) to the winter lo ( natchel gas heat) and you get a routine typical amount unless rate change. Gas company does the same (year round hot water).
Were you there and viewing your pump being installed? Curious how they pull it up out there.
