I blame myself...i really do.FIRST I did my schooling thru Swift and graduated, but thought if i went to CRST doing the teams i would make more money.I was there two month in 08 and got screw around. Then i quit but my dumb butt went back got with a good co-driver 4 1/2 months in 09, then things went wrong again...We did alot of sitting couldnt make enough to pay my own cell phone bill. And im i single dad .So i figure i would leave them alone for good and try other avenue in trucking, but no body will give me a chance ...i have all my endorsement except Passenger and i dont know what to do ive been off the truck 5 month now...i want to do flatbed or tanker but nobody will touch me.Can somebody point me in the right direction. And how long off the truck is it before u have to do the school over which i think i should maybe i can get that flatbed job i want...SOMEBODY HELP ME PLEASE
should i find another career

You mentioned you have your endorsements but do you have flatbed or tanker experience? And just to be clear, you have 6 1/2 months driving experience? I see a few places hiring but seems to be at least 1 year experience...I will keep looking though...Good Luck!
javaughn2000 Thanks this. -

Whatever you do come up with, even if it is pumping out porta potties, for heaven sakes STICK WITH IT for at least a year. Get yourself some type of work stability built up.
Good luck on finding something. -
Stop checking with the big, mega, DAC companies. ...
Check with Jose, at Jose Trucking over in Channelview,,,,,,,,,,javaughn2000 Thanks this. -
Rohel hires drivers with no experience...I don't see openings in TX, but if you can get on with them and get some more driving experience, they have a flatbed division in TX that you might be able to get transfered to once your proven yourself....You just need to get that 1 year under your belt and then you can be a little more choosy, if you know what I mean....Don't know if that helps at all, but don't give up yet!
