Pndb western star

I have power coming into my Pndb but none coming out. Red light flashing. I put a jumper on and everything works. Been searching for a new Pndb and see some on eBay with different part numbers but look exactly like the one on my truck. Has anyone used one with different part number?

 

Thanks, I checked all fuses and they are good. Here in Canada the last Pndb I bought cost $644 plus tax. I don’t understand why the difference part numbers and the part has same fuses and the 2 plugs one for cutoff switch. My part number is A66-03714-002. I think I’ll try a new one from eBay that has same fuses and the 2 plugs

 

Did it have the same part number or did you just get one that looked the same. I don’t know why they have different numbers
