Slow down for construction zones, or else

Got a ticket in the PV in a school zone once. Came out of a side street into the zone, unawares. Got nabbed for a 30 in a 15...... 'Bout $400.

Ideally, yes, the infraction would be paid for by the perpetrator. But that's not how our legal system works. If you can't see it, I can't help you.

When the wrecks happen at those speeds the aftermath is not pretty...I think most of us have seen the mangled, twisted metal that is more or less unrecognizable as having been a vehicle at one point. Completely unnecessary.
