Today alone my CB saved me from 2 situations. Would I have missed them with no CB? Most likely.
Would not having it created a more stressful situation, or had one of the other trucks around me possibly created more of a mess as we took evasive action? Absolutely!

If you install a Faraday cage and get the receiver sensitivity on that mudflap to 125 dB it will do a good job.
Tap tap tap, pay attention. -

I still have a CB,,its on but deadly silent for years. Recently at a road closure could only raise 2 other drivers in a 5 mile long parade of trucks. Fewer moose would get hit in my area CBs were used.... My switch used to wake me up on the radio,,,now my switch from far away land just pulls up and toots the horn
