I managed a few shops. We always had 3 extra in the cage, besides shop and trucks. Still had situation that we ran out.

Propylene will heat more, and run one tank to 3 oxygen. Great overall. But I don't see it making as clean as cuts as acetylene. It's not as volatile as acetylene. -

Heard it last Friday trying to book out of Tulsa, & today try'n to get out of Rochelle..
Again I realize I'm repeating myself here, but how does having been inspected in the past 12 month translate to "I won't double broker this freight to another carrier"????
There other ways to verify ones legitimacy. This way don't..

Plenty of "trucking companies" that exist only on paper. Don't actually own a single piece of equipment. They could easily just use an excuse like they run penske rentals as to why they have 0 trucks or trailers registered on their USDOT number. Inspections is a way to try to prove they actually have some kind of equipment that can move ffreight.
Just heard today about a company that undercut a bunch of big loads. They booked them and then immediately brokered them out while taking a significant cut off the top. They only got caught when one of the trucks showed up with 8 axles for a 9-10 axle load. The customer kicked the truck and broker out.jamespmack, CAXPT, Feedman and 3 others Thank this. -
Yep, good there. Priorities.CAXPT, singlescrewshaker, cke and 1 other person Thank this.

My neighbor came by wanting to know if I had anything he could use to put some weight on his chain drag harrow.
Well, there's those 2 tires off the Kenworth there, 140lbs each bolt them together 8' wide.
PERFECT he says! Load them in his truck away he goes happier than can be.
