Helping out my brother on his 2007 vln 670.
He is getting constant 75psi in the front bags bobtail. Anybody know what the standard pressure on the front bags should be with no load? 75psi seems to be really high with no load in my opinion.

When my pressure went up like this, similar range, it was the leaf spring had broken and the air bag was compensating.

Steer axle should be about 45ish empty and 55-60 loaded for best ride... Height adjustment affects pressure of the front bags.. his must be way outta spec

The pressure is whatever it needs to be to maintain the correct ride height. Either its too high up front, its compensating for a worn/broken part or that's just how it is.

Yes, adjusted correctly at gross wt , it should be between 55-60psi.

If it's much higher than that the ride height is set too high... A common problem that also negatively impacts the ride.
