I vote for leaving it as is. I like the way it looks. Maybe add a light bar on top.

You can see in pics (sorry it’s dark out) why I’d want fenders before headache rack. Everything gets thrown up.

Man that's tough news to have that engine go after all you went through after it rolled. At least you landed with a nice looking ride that will turn heads. Little Sara is still sitting in our driveway waiting for me to decide what's gonna happen with her.

Oh I did find a play mate for the Wild Child, black on black '16 2SS with a Hurst short throw...

You know, you can put a tarp hook up, similarly to a Header Board on the trailer tarped. Just need to have securement in back of the rack to hold the tarp down on that back side, and just lift the tarp from the bottom front when you want to get things out of it. That'll keep your new stuff dry at least from the road grime, until you can put a box on.

Reason for edit: can't spell lift, instead of life. :)

Okay, now that I see the pics after getting through all the other messages, two tarps will do the job. Small ones. You just need to keep the water and road grime/salt off of them, so a couple small tarps secured on the back of the headache rack and pulled over top should keep them nice and clean until you get that cabinet setup.

Thank you sir. Good to see you're still steerin' and gearin'.

We've actually been giving some consideration to going back trucking if the stars line up just right. Trying to deal with the state has been a nightmare and we gotta get all that taken care of before any major moves though.

I've went through 3 sleepers in this truck, original was a Weldon bolted to the frame and sucked all around, then got a 48" that I loved but before I ever got to actually sleep in it my wife had to get it towed from it's parking spot when I was in the hospital and the tow truck smashed it into a tree and broke the top cap and smashed the corner bad enough you can't open the big door, so I couldn't find a 48" to replace it but found a 63" that needed some body work ( and still needs more) and painted it in my garage and it's on here now I loved the look of the 48" and my truck is a little short for the 63" (240" wheelbase) but the interior room is nice and I might just stretch the truck anyway. But I still wack my head with the 63" getting in and out and I don't have a padded boot so that unibuilt ring is hard as hell when you hit your head on it
