I believe you are speaking of Sling Media rather than Swing...is that correct?

What about network channels on sat tv? I just want to get it because I'm tired of being in the middle of nowhere and not being able to pick up anything. Or missing an episode of Heroes or 24! Acck.

We stay out on the road and I like having a few favorite shows to watch.

So....does both D-tv and Dish give you access to network stations?

don't they have those big bubble things now that go on the roof of the sleeper so you don't have to actually aim a dish every time you move?
I'v seen them on camoers before but I saw one on a truck this week

I have dish Network. My dish is mounted on a pole that telescopes up/down from a load lock. The complete mast is secured in place by bunge cords where my load locks are stored. I use a pair of vise grips to hold the dish's azimuth position and a bunge cord to keep the dish from rotating when the wind blows. Works great!! Yankee ingenuity at its best. Necessity is the mother of invention.

I have direct-TV at home and only lost my signal once and that was because my dish got covered in snow. I reached up with a broom and brushed the snow off and my signal came right back. You probably have a dish allignment problem. Your dish may be right on the edge of the satillite range and the wind is moving it just enough for it to lose the signal.
