Way too many variables to make an educated answer. What is the main implementation of the truck? Exclusive highway? Off road? Short haul/long haul?
Planning on keeping till the wheels fall off?
For me, regardless of brand, the first requirement would be an 18sp manual transmission.TawcoTruck Thanks this. -
Volvo...nothing else.

Volvo I-Shift Automated Manual Transmission | Volvo …Stringb8n, TawcoTruck and ducnut Thank this. -
With the huge VOLVO stickers on it and dingle-ball drapes?

Volvo trucks are really roomy for the driver; plenty of space for living.Stringb8n, Numb, TawcoTruck and 1 other person Thank this.

KW W900, simply because it still has that classic look and it's a truck/cab that I'm used to. It also has a hanging clutch pedal that is usable for human anatomy, unlike the stupid floor mounted one in a Pete I once drove.
Snow Hater, TawcoTruck and AModelCat Thank this. -
I would want a smooth ride. Volvo seems to be very rough on the highway.
TawcoTruck Thanks this. -
I think that might depend more on what suspension the truck was spec'd with, as opposed to the badge on the hood. I've driven a Vulva that was probably one of the smoothest riding trucks I've ever driven.Blagoje, Numb, TawcoTruck and 1 other person Thank this.
