    We had a guy like that at Saskatoon a few years ago. Pair of wheels fell off, other side same axle flat. Another pair of duals wobbling, about to fall off. He was hoping to get to Winnipeg like that.

    Happened numerous times in northern Ontario one guy pulled into Hearst Ontario on what was left of 8 rims . Cops were waiting some of the trucks he passed called them .
