Egr is to reduce nox, but it does so at the cost of more carbon emission... (energy expended)

Depending on what the stretched vehicle does, its going to be 50% more polluting (taller the load/trailer) to absolutely dead average.

 

Basically you mount a valve under the truck and the additional stick becomes a lever to move the valve.

 

Well if you think about it. Trees need co2 they convert it to oxygen. So you are really doing the world a favor and green peace should recognize this humanitarian effort.
