Fire 1 mile west.
It's moving away and to the north.
2 buses already off site. The others will leave if we are told to go.
5th wheel hooked to the truck.
Firearms ready to go lol.
Unfortunately it sounds like a sub division we have run in for over 10 years is in danger.

There's a warning out for what looks to be about 10 minutes south of Bittern Lake. I gotta head out that way tomorrow, hopefully its an uneventful day.

 

Wow. I didn't know there's fires around you. What the he.ll is going on? I heard there's 70 some fires in Berta alone. Stay safe bud!

 

There wasn't any around us till 630pm.
There is another one north by fort sask.
And apparently there is a new one near ardrossan.

 

The snows only been gone for what? 3 weeks? We've had a full week of wind from the east...not normal.

 

We've had that wind up here too. I could barely keep my hat on yesterday. Thankfully the old canola stalks caught it before it blew into the next county!

 

Your right about the wrong way winds. And man was it hot this week. Like your area hot.
