I have been working with sweet express for 2 years now and I'm currently still on the SAP program.. not only that pay has gone down tremendously..has anyone else been experiencing the same issues or not?

How long have you been on sap? And how much longer do you have to be on it?

Got my raise in March.

SAP is a professional that determines the course of action based upon the evaluation of an individual.
The employer follows the recommendations whether it is immediately back to work without treatment or more intense rehab as determined by the sap.

I had a really great year and half from pandemic recovery. Now loads we do are not as plentiful and many get awarded to someone doing much cheaper. Esp. On local runs in LouEvil.
