How long have you been on sap? And how much longer do you have to be on it?

Sap puts you in a position where it can be hard to get a job. Sounds like they are using sap to take advantage of you.

austinmike, sevenmph and Lonesome Thank this.

I may be speaking out of turn here, but isn't the SAP program process dictated by DOT, and not the company you drive for in the SAP program?

JoeyJunk, austinmike and Dennixx Thank this.

SAP is a professional that determines the course of action based upon the evaluation of an individual.
The employer follows the recommendations whether it is immediately back to work without treatment or more intense rehab as determined by the sap.
Employees will still be subjected to mandatory drug testing for duration in accordance with DOT regulations.

austinmike, Hawkeye72 and Stringb8n Thank this.

I'm hourly and mileage. My workload has not slowed yet and we are still hiring as we recover from the pandemic.

    JoeyJunk Thanks this.

I had a really great year and half from pandemic recovery. Now loads we do are not as plentiful and many get awarded to someone doing much cheaper. Esp. On local runs in LouEvil.

    JoeyJunk Thanks this.
