Lol I got you man. The minute I cut out soda, I dropped 15 lbs instantly. Then the doctors had to show me how to eat properly. It's really about portion control and staying away from high sugar, high sodium foods. I've eaten vegetables just about everyday I've been off. I've had cheat days, and I only do so once a week or every other week. The higher the fiber, the easier it is to drop lbs. Once the weather warmed up, I started trying to walk a couple of miles each day that I could. I plan to keep the fridge stocked with veggies, oats, and beans once I get back rolling. It hasn't been too hard of an adjustment as I've become used to eating this way. I'll keep my cheat days to Moe's here and there and the occasional steak lol

So with that, can you use canned and frozen veggies? Also can you cook them with most seasonings? (low/no sodium of course)

57 model and bryan21384 Thank this.
