I have coolant leaking from the side cover of the reservoir overflow I have changed the thermostat but still leaking this happens when I have heavy pressure like climbing hills or in a heavy traffic. Anybody have similar experience and any solutions to the problem my truck is a paccar engine mx13 with about 850k miles

PACCAR reservoirs are a known problem. Replace it AND the sensor.

If its blowing out the breather under heavy load its a possibility you have combustion entering the cooling system.. Get a block tester kit and test if theres any sign of combustion gases present in the coolant system

My guess its the EGR cooler..
Any coolant out the exhaust ? -
