I have a factory installed bunk HVAC on my '21 Cascadia (with batteries in the frame). It stopped working this night, didn't fire as it usually did. But worse is I found fuel dripping out of the heater's exhaust tube. I understand it can be anything - the spark plug, the injector. Maybe someone has had this or similar issue? My shop told me they could only replace the injector which isn't the best option money-wise. I could shut off the line but didn't found how. As it looks like it's dripping even with the system off.

P.s Also couldn't find the diagram of the system.

sounds like it’s not burning fuel correctly. You might have to open your heater and clean around the glow plug. I had the same issue and that helped. Also another time when it happened I used air pressure (anything you have, vacuum or hose for inflating tires) placed it on the intake side of the heater and just blew out bunch or black stuff thru the exhaust. After that treatment i never had any issues.

Do you have an ESPAR under your bank or is it one that installed under the cab? I know that espars are in the compartment and easy to access, mine is under the cab as I got it. I cleaned the filter recently but didn't see much of the system from inside the cab.
P.s Thank you for your input, that really eased my mind.

Under the bunk here. Are you able to locate the intake for it? There should be intake and of course the exhaust which you showed in the picture. If you can’t locate the intake try to use an old vacuum and just place it on the exhaust tightly so it can pull all the junk out, just make sure it’s strong and tight. When I fixed mine this way bunch of black soot came out. I guess this would be something you can try since you can’t take the heater apart. Might work. Good luck.
