Tail lights not working

does the marker light work? no brake lights? or the lights dont work at all for both the marker lights and brake lights? if no power at the light with a test light, trace back where the wires go. might be to a junction box on the back of the frame there.. if you have no blown fuses, confirm that you have power to the fuse with a voltmeter or test light...if you have power at the fuse location, the problem is somewhere between there and the lights

 

Trace the wiring from the taillights (this is the taillight harness) forward. There will be one connection to the next harness. That harness connects to the Chassis Node. Yours should be a 5 plug node, earlier models used a 3 plug node. All the lights, front or rear, go through the node. Need a wiring diagram to check input and output from the node. Node is not cheap to just throw a part at it. About $500-1k used and 1.5 to 2k new.
