The summary says driver inattention and cell phone use possibly contributed to the crash.

I assume Brown had zero DEPTH PERCEPTION (which is a growing PROBLEM among Truck Drivers (as WRECKS, CRASHES, ACCIDENTS have and will continue to Quantify), or Failure To Notice Speed Reductions of Forward Vehicles, regardless (possibly) being "distracted by a cell phone and/or other distraction".

 

Cell phone......yeah, well maybe in this day and age too stupid to put on a seat belt when you're driving something that essentially a huge piece of glass probably contributed to the event as well. SMH

 

It’s possible that the film and the link may have been removed due to the fact that someone died. The last thing some of these sites want is liability for a “snuff film”.
